Generally
Anyone under the age of 18 must have the approval of their parents / guardian to order from Kajsa Cramer Studio. All products remain the property of Kajsa Cramer Studio until full payment has been made. We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website. Due to the digital format of photographs, we cannot guarantee that the images accurately reflect the actual products. All prices include 25% VAT. For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum includes paying Swedish VAT. Local VAT and import duties may need to be paid in your own country if applicable.
Payment
You can pay with PayPal, Visa, American Express or MasterCard and Klarna No fee is charged for card payments.
Delivery time
Orders within Sweden usually take 3-5 working days to arrive, orders outside Sweden take approximately 4-8 working days. If only some of the products from your order are in stock, we will inform you and ship these products. Full refund if you wish to cancel the order before delivery. Make sure the contact details are correct. If an order is returned due to incorrect contact information, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Transmission
Shipping within Sweden costs SEK 65.
Orders within Europe have a delivery fee of SEK 165, and for international orders it is SEK 380. We ship via Posten, Schenker, UPS or DHL. You will receive information via a text message or email when your package has arrived. International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return orders within 14 days of receiving the order, given that the products are unused and in original condition, prints do not apply. If you wish to return or exchange an order, you are responsible for any delivery costs. We charge a fee of SEK 200 for unclaimed packages that come back to us in return. This amount plus shipping costs is deducted from your purchase and deposited into your account. If the sum of the product is less, an invoice will be sent to you for the difference, where you have 14 days to pay. If you have regretted your purchase, you must collect your item and then return it to us.
Full refund if the product we sent you is incorrect, damaged or the wrong product, including the cost of shipping. We follow the recommendations of consumers and the consumer representative. You have 14 days right of return from the time you collect your item. If you want to return something, please contact us at kajsa@kajsacramer.se and we will help you. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the product to us.
